Our Concierge Approach

Change does not always wait for an appointment time. Our psychology practice utilizes a concierge approach to provide superior access and quality.  We offer same or next-day appointments virtually, by phone, or in-person. We return calls, texts, and emails quickly (e.g., typically within 3 hours) and availability for this support can extend to weekends and holidays. We have fewer clients and can therefore devote more time to individualized treatment plans, research, and continuing education.  Our fees are a bit higher than most but we support client needs and our check-in calls (15 min) are not billed.  We also work with clients to provide superbills so that they can submit receipts to insurance companies for out-of-network benefits.

ATX Psychology offers a holistic approach to mental well being as you search for balance in your life.  On the road to balance, we tackle issues related to chronic stress, low self-confidence, mental awareness, and negative health habits.  Our clients set clear goals and find themselves monitoring things like how much they sleep, how much water they drink, how many steps they take each day, overall nutritional intake, and daily meditation practices. Our philosophy is to blend data from neuroscience, Eastern and Western modalities of holistic practice, and traditional psychotherapy to help clients restore mental health and serenity.

Some clients sign on to therapy because they are simply facing uncertainty in their lives and are looking for support and clarity. Others want to develop positive coping skills.  Therapy can be a useful tool both in good and bad times. Whatever your goals are, let therapy be your map now and into the future.
