Evidence-Based Treatment for Anxiety Disorders

Prolonged Exposure Therapy is a gold-standard treatment for trauma and PTSD. It enables people to safely face traumatic memories and reduce their distress. This therapy helps people to become less fearful and to regain control of their lives.

Similarly, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that helps reduce the symptoms of trauma. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, to help the individual comfortably process and manage difficult emotions, thoughts, and memories.

We offer treatment for Panic Disorder, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, and medication management. Coordinated care can use both psychologists and psychiatrists,  to helping clients achieve lasting relief from panic attacks.

We also provide effective treatment for phobias. Our approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and utilizes a variety of techniques, including systematic desensitization and relaxation training. We are committed to helping you find relief from the paralyzing anxiety associated with phobias.
